The online auction runs from 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 7 and closes at 10:00 PM on Thursday, May 14. You can register for the auction in advance and start selecting your favorites before the bidding starts!

A MANDATORY PRE-BID conference will be held on Thursday, April 9th, 2026, at 1:30 PM, at 3195 Woodside Rd., Woodside, CA 94062. Contractors should meet in front of the Administration building.

Citizens Bond Oversight Committee

The WESD Citizens Bond Oversight Committee met on Tuesday, January 20, where our new construction management team TELACU presented updates on our various bond projects and a rep from Chavan & Associates presented the Measure E Bond Program audit report. The committee will meet again on Thursday, May 7th and present to the school board in June. The following committee members extended their current one-year terms for an additional year: K. Herzog, B. Marr and S. Humphrey.

We are seeking parent and community input regarding the implementation of the Phone-Free School Act (AB 3216). This new state legislation requires all school districts, charter schools, and county offices of education to adopt policies limiting or prohibiting student smartphone use by July 1, 2026. While the administration held an informative evening discussion for parents in early March that yielded great initial feedback, we are eager to hear from many more members of our school community. We will also be surveying our 3rd-8th grade students and staff, and all collected recommendations will be taken to the School Board for approval at the May 26 School Board meeting. If you are interested and want your voice heard, please take a few minutes to complete the phone-free parent survey by next Friday, May 1.

Construction on CampusTop of Page
Due to the ongoing construction on campus, the area around the former Kinder/TK building will be fenced off for safety purposes. We apologize for the inconvenience but we're working to create beautiful and safe TK and Kinder classrooms for our staff and students! Superintendent Frank will provide facility and construction updates throughout the school year.

Please do not bring your dogs to campus at ANYTIME — including after-school sports teams/clubs using the WES field, weekends and summer break. This is a school policy and large signs are posted at the entrances to campus. We have had a significant problem with dog waste on our fields and campus. It is also important to provide a clean and safe environment for our students, especially those with allergies and animal fears. Please use our beautiful Woodside trails to walk your dogs.
